Exact to description. The elastic tape has two faces, one with silicone waves (this one is in contact with the skin) and the other is like the soft part of a velcro. You adjust it in this way to the leg, and then you will have to adhere to that soft velcro some pieces that on the one hand are velcro for grip and on the other it is an adhesive, which is supposed to be the one that finally holds the boot. Bring 2 leg straps and 4 stickers.
