Ordering and payment
- Q: How can I order
A: You can easily order using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your shopping basket, log in and go through the ordering process. When the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. The order summary is also saved in your account.
You can also easily reorder by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previous orders. After clicking the “reorder” button, the shopping basket will open and you will be able to change quantities or products.
- Q: Why should I buy online?
A: Speed up the process. By ordering online, you will receive prices more quickly and be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. This can save you days of time.
**Traceability: You have easy access to all your previous orders at any time.
**Reordering: You can reorder at any time based on your previous orders with just a few clicks. This saves you time and effort as you don’t have to go through all the documents and emails from the past.
- Q: What information should I input when ordering?
A: Our online ordering system will ask you for all the important information you need to provide. If you have a VAT number, please remember to provide it. This will ensure that your order is not delayed due to a missing VAT number. - Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can use PayPal with all major credit cards are accepted.If you are a repeat customer of Shandyzhub, you will be able to use invoice as a payment method in our online shopping checkout process. If the invoice option is not enabled for you despite being a repeat customer, please contact [email protected] and let us know.
- Q: Is VAT/ TAX charged?
A: If you have a VAT number, VAT will not be charged. You must remember to add the VAT number to your account information section. The online checkout system will automatically fill in your VAT number when you order products.
**You can also add your VAT number manually during the checkout process.
6. Q: Can I use pro-forma invoice?
A: Yes, you can use pro-forma invoice. Please contact [email protected] if you want to use pro-forma invoice.
7. Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a few moments. If the payment is still not accepted, please check your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact [email protected] and let us know about the problem. We can process the order manually.
8. Q: How can I change delivery address?
A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.
9. Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges depend on the shipping requirements. If the products in your order have special requirements (e.g. dry ice) an additional charge will be added to the shipping cost. You will be able to see the delivery charges during the checkout process before making your payment.

11. Q: How can I get offer of bulk amounts?
A: If you are logged in and have products in your shopping basket, you can send us a request for quotation from the shopping basket. All you need to do is add the products and quantities you are interested in and click on “https://shandyzhub.com/lets-keep-in-touch”. from Department selection choose “Bulk Order Team” fill your inquiry we will send you a quotation.
Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price enquiries.
12. Q: Can I pay with invoice?
A: If you have a previous relationship with Shandyzhub, you will be able to pay by invoice. If you have ordered several times from Shandyzhub but don’t see invoice as a payment option at checkout, please contact [email protected] and we will check why invoice is not enabled on your account.
13. Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you will need to contact us and return the product.Please contact [email protected].
- Q: re-Order, Do I have to order online or send Email?
A: You can also send your order to [email protected]. You can also order by Online ordering is preferred in most cases because it saves you time, makes the payment process easier and all information about your order is available to you at all times. Delivery
- Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code for your package when it is shipped.
- Q: Shipping time?
A: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document. Q: Shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs depend on your location and the products in your order. Some products must be shipped using dry ice. These dry ice shipments have a slightly higher shipping charge. Our online store will automatically display the shipping fee and cost at checkout.
- Q: Changing the shipping address?
A: You can easily change your delivery address in your account. All you need to do is log in and click on ‘My Account’ and ‘Edit’. You can also change the delivery address during the checkout process if you need to. Simply click “edit” under “shipping address”.
